History & Policy

Subsea - Åland AB is a family-owned business founded by Kaptain Henry Höglund in 1989. The company provides marine services at sea and in harbours using a versatile fleet of tugboats, ice-breaking vessels, and barges.

The company vision is to provide services for the marine sector, especially in inftrastructure projects such as harbour maintenance, transportations for windmill park installations and also assist in marine salvage operations. Subsea - Åland AB is a small company offering personal contacts and solutions for independent assignments and can also join larger projects as a subcontractor. In all projects the aim is to provide a complete and satisfactory delivery of services, while considering safety of employees and environment.
